Summary: Very Informative for Non-traditional Assessment
Comment: I thought this book was very helpful when using non-traditional assessment methods. It would be an excellent resource for someone new to portfolios. It would be most helpful for someone teaching K-1 because of the activities and ideas that are included in the book. It includes many theme related materials that are especially prevelant in K-1. I used it at that level. For someone higher than first grade it probably would not be as helpful.
