This is a well researched book with individual interviews with players and details concerning coachs,the fans,the stats,the playoffs and many of the thrills of the first year. Comment: Buy this book now! I can think of no better way to get into the minor leagues without holding a bat. The players, the management, the fans, the business strategy, the juice of the game -- they are all there. You experience this book as much as you read it. It is just great. Author Roth is obviously a real fan.
