Summary: Really good authentic cookbook
Comment: This Cookbook is awesome. The recipes are really easy and most are not too expensive. The author, really does a good job of celebrating the Fire fighters. The pictures of big fires around the country are really cool too. I have had my copy for years and need to buy a replacement. I am waiting for the new edition to come out.
