Summary: This "book" is terrible!
Comment: I fear I can't adequately describe how awful this book is. I use the term "book" loosely. It's a bunch of photocopied pages bound together, including many typos and some handwritten corrections. The information it contains wouldn't fill the head of a pen. If anyone else is thinking of buying this book, do yourself a favor and don't. I only wished someone had written a review to warn me. If you just have to see for yourself, email me and I'll send you my copy, gladly.
