Summary: Coming Home
Comment: What a great book! I grew up in that area and know all the places and have seen them for myself. What a great experience to hear a voice from the late 1800's tellin' it like it was.

The book is a fast read with footnotes at the end of the chapters explaining terms and items used by the people of that era who laid claim to the land in an effort to tame the old west.

There is a fascinating prologue explaining how this book almost didn't come to be and how it was rushed into print in an effort to make it in time for Wyoming's Centennial.

Comment: This is a great book if you grew up in the West and love historical onfo. about the cowboy life. It is a true story. My uncle had it read in about 2 days!!!
