Summary: Anyone who edits a newsletter ought to read this book.
Comment: Mark Beach understands that editing a newsletter is a process, not a goal in itself. He encourages people to assess their audience -- their real audience -- and adjust their content to meet that need. It's a great hands-on manual. I have the 1988 edition; I'm sure the newer version updates all the latest electronic doo-dads (they're great). But the key is recognizing who you are writing for and what they need. Mark offers clear tips, understandable options and usable advice. This is a winner.
