Comment: My copy of this book is dog-eared, highlighted and covered with comments and thoughts from myself and all the people I have lent the book to. I don't know of anyone who has read it that hasn't been moved as well as educated by it.

Summary: I loved all the information in this book and the references,
Comment: I read this book before my swim with the wild dolphins in the Bahamas and it gave me an even greater appreciation for what I was doing and enjoying. The chapter on the myths and evolution was so enlightening. I was horrified to read of the awful things we still do to our world and the creatures in it. The book inspired me to connect more with my world. The references, research project info and bibliography were outstanding. I have passed this book on to others whose work is to research and direct swim trips with dolphins.
