Comment: Delightful book that introduces children to Baxter Bear and Moses Moose. Baxter is different from the other bears because he collects hats. He is faced with the problem of where to put all of his hats. Moses has his own problem: cold feet. Baxter decides that a moose rack and Moses decided that a bear rug are the solutions to their problems. How those problems are ultimately resolved and how these two find friendship are the rest of the story.
