Summary: Just a Reference
Comment: This book tries to explain the cause and effect of circulartory and respiratory system with exercise, but generally at the end leaves one in doubt as to whether the question has really been answered. However, it does explain the process, though there is no final product of the question at stand. Although the comments on this book here sound negative, it is not a bad book overall, due to it's heavy bibliography and references to other studies stated. It needs more diagrams (especially colored) and better way of explanation.
