Comment: I pretty much only did the practice tests. those were good, but I cannot comment on the actual text. I did not experience the "learning process" from the book. The questions were a little different then the type on the test, but I got a 5 so maybe it helped!

Summary: very regretful to buy this book...
Comment: i took a statistics course last year. since my teacher was the first one ever to take on a statistics class in my school, fearing that her knowledge may be outstandingly insufficient, she recommended that we, the students, buy this book for self-guide. so i did. and now, what do i think? VERY REGRETFUL! i think i wasted my money on it. typical of a book from REA, - no offense to the company, by the way - this book contains a lot of misinformation, typos, lacking contents, etc... even after the revision! if you are seeking a stat book to use as a seld-study guide, i strongly recommend that YOU OVERLOOK THIS BOOK, as long as you are not competent that you will be able to handle this curriculum w/ no difficulty at all. well, i guess in that case you wouldn't need to buy ANY book.. but anyway, i really really think you're making a mistake by choosing this book. JUST IN CASE YOU'RE EAGER TO BUY IT OR IN AN INEVITABLE POSITION TO BUY IT, i hope you make sure there is someone who can and will help you fully with this subject... that person might help you use this book... if that's even a good idea.

Summary: Only one step down from The Barron's AP Statistics Book.
Comment: Well organized and has and excellent selection of test questions. I use this book only slightly less often than the Barron's book.
