Comment: Where was this book when I was in undergraduate school? Now that I am teaching nursing I have found it very useful in that it has given me a rare opportunity to present a very complex and hard to understand block of material is a manner much easier for students to understand. It is packed with easy to understand pictures, diagrams, and graphs that help teach the concept in a way that is "reader friendly". The illustrations are unbelievable and a great tool used by the author to present the ideas to the reader. I have even had requests from the Occupational Therapy faculty at our college to use the book for their lectures as well.. Great Job ! I would highly recommend it to anyone, whether a staff nurse or a faculty member at a university or college...

Summary: A must have for nurses!!
Comment: Great reading, good use of colors, structure and humor to get the point across. A nice change from dry textbook review. I found this a valuable refresher on fluid and electrolyte imbalances. Effects on EKG's, ABG interpretation made easy. IV therapy TPN therapy, Everything!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Comment: This study book is a must for anyone who needs to understand about fluid shifts and electrolyte imbalances. I am a R.N.nursing student and I found this book to be invaluabe in explaining a complex subject. I highly recommend it!
