Comment: A good read, but a superior study. What is lacking in many ministries is the development of experience as well as theology. I was assigned to review this book by our RCIA director. My recommendation is to provide it for each member of the team. This book provides a METHOD of practicing ministry that is inclusive of the community, your personal experience, and tradition rather than simply a "preaching" from above. Each chapter is like a different course of a grand banquet; different texture, taste, and purpose. It deserves your finest wine. Bring the commitment of your very blood and be strengthened. By desert, you are ready to seek out a ministry for yourself.
