Summary: Suspense!!
Comment: This book was wonderful! Peyton is a reporter for the Tampa Times. She writes The Heart Healer. When it rates last in a survey of readers' favorite colums, her boss gives her one last chance. In two weeks there would be a new survey. If Peyton's Heart Healer was still last, she was done. Peyton goes home and hears about the crash of Flight 848. Being a reporter, She goes straigt to the ocean, where the flight went down. A few days later, a woman gives Peyton a note in a plastic bag that floated out of the water to her backyard. Peyton believed it to have come from Flight 848. It just had a few words, but could mean a lot. It said, "T- I Love you. All is forgiven. Dad." Peyton then does a search with her assistant, Mandy, and discovers 3 possible people whom the note was intended for. The story goes on with Peyton having unexpected relationships and unexpected twists.

Summary: Not all the questions are answered, but a good ending
Comment: This book leaves you hanging up until the very end. Even at the end, you are still left wondering what will happen in the future. Peyton is a reporter on a deadline. She has 3 weeks to get her column straightened up or she is going to be forced to go back to news. There is a plane crash, and as fate would have it, Peyton is given a note from a passenger that washed up on the beach. She is then on a crusade to find who the note truly belongs to.
Along this journey, she tries to ignore her past, but when she meets the person the note is meant for, she cannot ignore what happened to her so many years ago. The proverbial tidal wave rushes over her, and she is forced to examine what she has considered the truth of her life.
This ending of the book leaves it open for a sequel. If one is ever written, you can be sure that I would pick it up. This is a tale that allows everyone to reflect on what they would do if they had only a few moments left to live.
I would recommend this book to everyone.

Summary: Disappointing!
Comment: Although, the book's meaning was good, it rambled on & did not keep my interest! I scanned through a lot of this book.
