Summary: An unusual love story wedded with brilliant artwork & design
Comment: When I first heard good rants of the Griffin and Sabine Trilogy from my friend, I was inclined to read the series. And sure enough, I found Griffin and Sabine to be a vivid, gorgeous story in both context and design. The plot is simple and yet mysterious; a love story of two people living in the opposite ends of the world unfolded through letters and postcards...the unexpected twists in the book left me hanging and craving for more. Furthermore, the entire story allows you to open and read the letters other people (a taboo in real life), making the story even more surreal and exciting. An exotic love story wedded with whimsical artwork and an unusual format, Griffin and Sabine is a timeless winner that's sure to please the eccentric heart.

Summary: One of the most captivating trilogies ever written!
Comment: I see the world through the eyes of an artist always looking for beauty where few have found it before. In the Griffen and Sabine trilogy the beauty of the art is not hidden, but the true story is. This is best read aloud with more than one person present because with every new postcard or letter, more questions are raised than answered, and in essence, you become the narrator with a running dialouge between pages. I have also read far more than my fair share of romances, and must say that is by far the most intriuging I have ever read. I own books that I read and re-read, but these sit in my nightstand, always within reach becasue I read them so often. These works of art are far more than mere books; they are an experience which everyone deserves to have. Anyone who doesn't have a highly enjoyable time reading these books has to have lost their love of life and their belief in magic. Feel free to contact me about your theories on the trilogy's mystifying end. I will be happy to discuss.

Summary: A True Literary Experience
Comment: I have never before been so moved by a work of fiction. These books involve all of your senses, requiring a level of physical interaction with the work that pulls you into the story line. The ambiguity each book creates tugs at your intellect and your heart, pushing you to read further, yet the illustrations force your pause. It's a fantastic reading experience. I found myself simultaneously moved, inspired, and filled with hope.
