Summary: Very Good Book!
Comment: I really enjoyed reading this book. From biomedical information to deep relaxation techniques, Epilepsy, A New Approach, covers many aspects of living with seizures. It includes ways to encourage seizure reduction and gives the reader some positive feedback. I would definitely recommend this book for those who cannot have surgery. This book is full of useful information, and it is written very well.

Summary: One of the most uplifting books on Epilepsy I have ever read
Comment: This book is technically informative in easy to understand terms. But more importantly, you no longer feel condemed by your Epilepsy. It teaches you methods to control seizures instead of them controlling you. I felt so uplifted and hopeful after reading only half of the book!

Comment: I bought this book back in 1995, and I still use it. It has chapters on foods and chemicals to avoid, exercises, relaxation... It is very helpful and my seizures have lessened. I cannot guarantee if they lessened due to this book, but I think so (o:
