Comment: The repair guide is an excellent source if you want to know just about everything you'll need to do to a Mercedes-Benz vehicle in this time frame. Engine rebuilding, wiring diagrams, specifications,fuel injection, carburation, diesel-all in step by step detail. I've got a 280SE & 280SEL, both with the 4.5 (M117)engine, and the Chilton's has eliminated hours of tracing wires, measuring pump pressure, and wondering how to pull the engine from my work with these two vehicles. I'd recommend it to any enthusiast, from professional to novice.
