Summary: Very comprehensive, easy to read
Comment: I first checked out this book from the library, along with other books on menopause, and was immediately captivated by it. There were so many things I wanted to highlight, that I decided I had to have a copy of the book for myself. It addresses how to deal with physical and emotional symptoms of menopause, along with tips for general good health. Highly recommended!

Summary: The title says it!!
Comment: I almost didn't pick this book up because of the title. It sounded a bit arrogant to me and I was afraid the inside would be condescending the way that doctors can be. I was very, very wrong! It's an easy read. To the point. Plus, she addresses many of the concerns I had about HRT, herbal remedies and many more. A must read for every woman!
