Summary: Get A life People!
Comment: I appreciate that the author is writing about respect and compassion but I dont understand how anyone can have time to worry so much about another religion let alone another persons chosen beliefs. As a fellow Christian (ie..Christian=ChristLike -To try ones best to have a life that conforms to principles taught by Christ) I believe in following our Savior Jesus Christ - and his first commandment was to love one another - not to prove each other wrong. I dont think you need a book like this to tell you how to treat Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormoms, Catholics, Buddists, Jews, or any other religion. The Bible already told us how to treat our fellow man - as ourself! Just love them. And dont worry about the rest - thats Gods job.
Imagine if someone in ancient times wanted to know about Jesus' beliefs... what answer might that person get if they went and asked one of the Pharisees about the beliefs of Christ?? A BIAS ONE FOR SURE! If you want to know what Jehovah's Witnesses beleive...Ask a Jehovah's Witness!

Comment: I thought I should inform people looking for contorversial literature on Jehovah's Witnesses that a reviewer who claims to be "A Reader" from America, or various cities or states, is really a JW. He or she claims to be have been investigating the Jehovah's Witness cult, then was given these books. Well, this person has put pretty much the same review for almost all controversial literature on JWs on this site, and many other online sites. This person has not read all these books.

Summary: False Reasoning
Comment: When I told someone I was investigating what JWs believed someone gave me this book (in addition to several others) in hopes of "snatching me from the cult". This book surely will fool the inexperienced- but every single point made by this author is easily refuted by the Bible. He "uses" Bible verses out of context. He also shows a complete lack of knowledge concerning 1st Century culture and language. The problem so many of these writers have is that they often try to impose the semantic limitations of English on Hebrew and Greek terms. For example, the word "God" has a wide range of use in the ancient languages but the author ignorantly tries to convince readers of baseless points like..since Jesus is called "God" he must be Almighty God. UTTERLY FALSE REASONING. This reasoning will easily be squelched by any serious Bible student (many personages are called by the title "God" because the Bible allows many to be given the title "God" without ehm being equal or the same person as YHWH- seem Psalms 82:1,6 where human judges and kings were called "God" because the authority given them by YHWH- because they represented Him. Just one of many examples.) Don't be fooled by human philosophy.
