Summary: You MUST take the class in order to take the licensing exam.
Comment: This is the text book for the class you are required to take AND pass in order to qualify to take the Florida Real Estate Licensing Exam. So don't buy this book if you don't intend to earn your Florida Real Estate License or continue on to broker status. But if you do, you MUST have this book.

Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK!!!!!
Comment: The rub with this product is that it contains quizes and a review test BUT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE ANSWERS!!!!! I spoke with the publisher and I was told that the book is for classroom use only and the answers will not be provided. If you are studying for the FL RE sales exam, this book is virtually usless without the answer key. SHAME ON AMAZON FOR SELLING THIS PRODUCT WITHOUT DISCLOSURE!!

Summary: A good starting point
Comment: I am currently taking the FREC Salesperson I course and this is the book, as you know, we must use. If you are not taking the State Exam, there is no real reason to buy this book unless you just want to educate yourself. Reason being -- the book's goal, like most of it's kind, is for the student/reader to pass the state exam in the end. Hence, there are probably other books out there that convey similar information that aren't booged down with useless details that only exam takers need to know.
