It's a serious guide to spiritual healing practices detailed by thoughtful scholars and teachers qualified to share the power of spirituality. The book will be extremely helpful to practitioners, but this anthology of stories, chants, dances, and meditations is not simply a guide for professionals. It's a superb collection for the body/mind/spirit of the common reader as well.
