Summary: Great Book
Comment: This book is an excellent tool to have in your library. It gives great insight and tools for lots of different teenage situations you will inevitably find yourself in. It was almost like reading a book about my teenage years :) I am finding it helpful. I only wish I lived right next door to Dennis and Barbara Rainey.

Summary: Not to my expectations...
Comment: While I do believe in Christ and consider myself a Christian, this is not the type of Christian religion that I choose to believe in.
The content I was looking forward to sharing with my daughter, and the content that I expected from the description of the book, was in this book. However, this book fell short of my expectations where the authors used their interpretations of the bible and scriptures as if everyone has chosen to worship as they do. There is nothing wrong with this, however there should be some mention of this in the online description. Although this book is categorized with Christian reading selections, this is not apparent from reading the online description. If you are looking for a simple, non-religious book to help you get through the teen years, this is not it.
I believe that the authors intentions were only good, however I also feel deceived. It is my hope that those who have purchased this book, for the same reason that I did, have taken the time to review it before giving it to their child(ren).
