Summary: Good place to get you started
Comment: I needed to get a good handle on Outlook 98. This book did that for me. Now that I have that, I need to get another book to learn some of the more advanced features. This book covers all of the basics and begins to get into some of the more complex issues. If you have never used Outlook, or just need to understand all of the bells and whistles, this book will do that. If you need to do some programming and high-end "stuff" you had better find a more complex book. In conclusion this is a great place to start learning!

Comment: It's nice to find a book that balances the technical side of an application with the user side without making the reader feel like their being talked down to. I found this a very helpfull book in dealing with real situations effecting the office and workplace.
