Comment: I used this in my histology class in med school and found it to be well-written and complete for histology. The pictures were very good. However, if you really want to know the type of questions asked on medical histology tests, get the following which is on amazon.com:

The first book is needed as the foundation of knowledge. However, the study guide helped me prepare for the type of questions asked on my histology exams. The study guide helped me avoid the unpleasant feeling of getting surprise test questions that I didn't prepare for. Both books helped me to ace my medical histology class. In fact, the people in my class who used both books got the best grades in the class. We got the study guide from a recommendation from another student at another med school. Go figure! It worked. Both books are must buys.
