Summary: Simply Excellent
Comment: In my junior year, I had to prepare for five AP exams. Interested only in 5's, I needed some seriously high-quality review material. Barron's provided just that. This book has everything an AP Psych student needs to know, and not much else. The book is effectively divided into 13 units that appear on the AP exam. There are 15 relevant review questions at the end of each chapter ranging from easy to difficult and they are similar to those on the AP exam. I also purchased the Princeton Review book for AP Psychology and was very disappointed-- it included a plethora of extraneous information, left out some vital information, did not provide end of chapter review questions, and was too boring. I will get my score back in about a month, and I am very confident I got a 5.

Summary: Great Book to Score Well on the AP Psychology Test
Comment: Barron's AP Psychology is all you will need for preparation for the AP test or simply to review for tests in your AP class. The book is divided into sections with review questions after each section to make sure each concept is thoroughly understood. Careful reading and review through this short book helped me score a 5 on my AP Psychology test this past year, even though our teacher did not prepare us at all for the test. This book covers every topic for the AP test and unlike the Princeton Review or REA books, Barron's does it in a detailed enough manner without overwhelming you. I highly recommend this book for AP class tests and/or for the AP test.
Rating: 5
Summary: Buy and READ this book!
Comment: I never took (in fact, my high school didn't even offer) AP psych. I had only a little background in psych when I bought this book and read it cover-to-cover. I requested a special testing session at my school and I got a 5 on the test, getting me out if intro psych at the U of M. So, if you're willing to put in some serious and concentrated study with this book, I think it will be a great help. I owe a lot to it.
