Summary: My Own Words...My Own Thoughts
Comment: Fred Herron challenges his readers to take their own religious experience seriously. He maintains that it is in listening attentively to our own life experiences that we may be able to recognize the rustlings of the Holy Spirit. His work is grounded in the rich tradition of the Catholic church and is remarkably open to the rich world of culture and contemporary experience. I can't think of a more suitable and effective approach to passing on religious faith to Gen-X'ers or to anyone with a postmodern sensibility!
