The book goes beyond theory by providing very pragmatic and useful tools which integrate common analysis and dicision techniques. Nevertheless it is easy to read cause the writing is very clear and logical. What I like is the emphasis is on taking the time to properly prepare each chapter by integrating them in a realistic context and focus on the essentials which are absolutely necessary to be aware of. Another highlight is the numerous checklists and forms examples and not to forget the well designed illustrations which give the book additional value.
Personally I think the authors present extreme professional and systematic what the title "a marketing action plan for the growing business" is indicating and they accomplished much more than just "getting started".
