Summary: Practical Guide for Training & Development
Comment: Dugan's book is an excellent resource for both instructor's and T&D managers. It is filled with useful information covering the entire spectrum of training in organizations in an easy to understand format. Despite it's relative age, the information is current and beneficial. I would highly recommend this book for anyone in a training position, and especially as a guide for new training managers.
