Comment: As a recently diagnosed diabetic I thought that my days of wonderful desserts were over! Then a friend found The Type 2 Diabetes Desserts Cookbook at our local library and brought it to me to read. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading about Ms. Sonerals diabetic experiences as she writes about being a diabetic with an up-beat point of view. The book, not only has recipes for delicious sounding desserts, but also useful cooking hints and information. As a confirmed 'sweet-a-holic', I must say that after reading this book, my outlook for dealing with the diabetes is definitely brighter! Thank you, Lois Soneral. ...
