Summary: Very sweet children's story with a math theme
Comment: I purchased this Spanish language book for use with a class I teach in math methods for prospective elementary teachers. This is a sweet book with darling illustrations and it is terrific to use to introduce or reinforce the very basic math concepts concepts of "big" vs. "small". In my class I read the English translation while one of my students read the Spanish text, and my students enjoyed the story very much! This also gives teachers an opportunity to introduce multiculturism into the math classroom.
