There are hundreds of solutions and great time saving steps. Jim is great for giving you the straight scoop on everything; he is very detailed and easy to read. Microsoft FrontPage Version 2002 Inside Out is jam-packed with screen shoots. There are an abundance of Tips, Notes and Troubleshooting guides throughout the book.
Both the novice and intermediate will get something out of this book. Experts should be writing books like this.
The companion CD is designed to actually work with the book and not put in as an after thought. I have been using FrontPage 2000 for about 2 years and found Microsoft FrontPage Version 2002 Inside Out, an outstanding resource and learn tool. If your office is upgrading to FP2002, you should not be without this book. If you are new to FrontPage then you should defiantly not be with out this book. In fact if you do not purchase Microsoft FrontPage Version 2002 Inside Out when you purchase FrontPage 2002 you WILL regret it.
Even if you get this book for NEW FEATURES, you will not regret it.

Summary: Comprehensive, yet not Overly Technical
Comment: Times have changed. In the olden days, like many others, I knew the effect I wanted to achieve and could delegate the implementation. Today, that delegation often remains with me.
Make no mistake; it is easier to delegate than do. That is where this book fits in. It provides an overview of the most-used features and functions of Microsoft's popular Website creation and management program. The book provides the information advanced users really need uncluttered by content written for novices. It is comprehensive, yet not overly technical.
The book covers a lot of detail. I often feel that solving a problem is like completing a crossword puzzle. Topics in the book are scattered between the text and a CD. So despite the inconvenience, you have to look at book and then flip to the CD.
Other books may offer simpler answers. If you desire complete control over your web site design and management, this book is the complete answer. Save yourself some aggravation. Bundle your purchase of FrontPage 2002 with this book. You will not regret it.

Comment: I had no experience building web sites when I bought Jim Buyen's book "FrontPage INSIDE OUT". In just a few weeks, I had my first site up and running. Two more sites quickly followed. The book is 1000+ pages of invaluable information. Plus, the book comes with a CD for viewing on your computer. The cost-to-value ratio of this book is also good. One tip the author included about "Adding Favorites" icons to user's browsers was worth the cost of the book alone. Don't be intimitated by the size of this book. As you improve your knowledge, things become crystal clear.
