Summary: I Wish I'd Passed On This One..
Comment: Well I read this book cover to cover and I upset that this book doesn't help with any problems that I needed help with. I then tried their websites that they said to use and those sites are not around anymore. This book was written by the Microsoft Press and unfortunately just like other M$ books they have a catchy title, but little inside. Oh well now I must continue my search for my computer problems.

Summary: Extremely Overrated!
Comment: This book doesn't really have much to offer. It doesn't really tell you how to "Troubleshoot" much. It was written with the intention to help get you out of trouble if you get stuck. Unfortunately it doesn't live up to the hype. I have a few issues I needed resolved, and this book didn't help me with any. The websites that it said to use, I couldn't even use. Anyway this book is going back and now I feel even more frusterated for wasting my time with it.
