Summary: Comprehensive text on professional communication
Comment: I liked this text book. It is clearly written and comprehensive--so difficult to find in a communication textbook. The communication exercises are thought provoking and I like the text boxes. The case studies seem real and capture some of the nursing communication dilemmas I have encountered as a student. This text is a keeper!
