Summary: top notch reference
Comment: I bought this book as a brand new nurse practitioner in 1999 at the reommendation of a professor in my NP program. It has become invaluable to me in my practice. My colleagues are continuously "borrowing" it from me. It is easy to read, follows a menu of descriptions and treatments and has many, many pictures to use as a reference. I highly recommend this reference to anyone who is afraid of dermatology complaints in their patients because they present such challenges.
