Summary: Very helpful with my husband's diagnosis of celiac disease.
Comment: I bought this book hoping to figure out my own stomach problems and actually recognized symptoms my husband was having with a seldom diagnosed condition, celiac disease. Once he was diagnosed, this book was the only information I had at the time about how we would deal with it. It was a wonderful tool for us to start with.
