Summary: Very Helpful. From A-Z information
Comment: I happen to get this book in the Thrift Store because I am interested in becoming a Real Estate Investor. This is very helpful beginning information if you are starting out in Investing. It also has alot of helpful tips on having a no down payment on purchasing a house. I recommend it for anyone interested in Real Estate Investing or just buying a home.

Comment: I am interested in finding an email address for Mr. Garrison or someone that could answer some questions I have regarding financing a mortgage. I have also read Mr. Garrison's book titled "How to buy your own home in 90 days". This book was very helpful but I still have questions. I have searched the net for a site that might be helpful but have had no luck as of yet. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
