The last part of the book provides the rules for creating Vulcan characters, with extensive psionic powers and unarmed combat skills, including the famous Vulcan Nerve Pinch. Along with providing the reader with the known "facts" about Vulcans, the authors and editors of this book have filled in the gaps in a very logical and creative manner. I would recommend this book to any "Star Trek" fan, and especially to any fan of the "Star Trek: The Next Generation Role Playing Game".
