Comment: I recently had the pleasure of previewing this wonderful book. It is concise and very personable, to say nothing of inspiring. I was reminded of the reasons we should be more conscious of our eating habits. As a lapsed vegetarian, this book inspired me to reevaluate my diet and remember that our food choices have a dramatic effect on our health and our spiritual well-being.

Comment: This is an excellent book. It made me totally rethink how I eat, how much I exercise, actually, my whole lifestyle. It's written so that you don't have to have a phd to understand what Mr Brown is trying to convey. The compact size made it easy to look up points while I was talking to my friends.

Comment: This book is right to the point and gives you all of the essential information for a healthier diet. I loved it. It makes you want to change your whole lifestyle by working out and eating right. Most people don't understand the impact that a diet like this will have on your life. After reading Live Food Dead Food, it all suddenly becomes so clear.
