Comment: I wholeheartedly enjoyed this book. It is poetically written, and full of feeling. I felt both Theo's joy and yearning. It seems like it would encourage anyone, of any age, to use their imagination. Kevin Hawkes' illustrations are exquisite, and beautifully capture the different textures of the Eastern tailor shop and the world of the West. This is a truly great book!!!
