Summary: an excellent resource on analytic philosophy
Comment: Alan Richardson does an excellent job of explaining and defending Carnap's project. Richardson combines his extensive knowledge of the history of philosophy (especially Kant and the analytics) and his ability to make clear otherwise difficult passages from Carnap. The book is informative, well-written, and very rewarding if a good effort is put forth into reading it.
