Summary: Wonderful Ending!
Comment: This book is a very well written murder mystery mixed with romance that we love Nora Roberts for! Deanna Reynolds and Angela Perkins are basically in competition. Deanna was a news reporter who then turned to talk show host to replace Angela's spot after turning Angela's job offer down. Something Angela never forgets. You fall in love with Deanna and she manages to find love along the way herself. She does have somebody stalking her all the way through. The ending was great as I didn't know for a minute the "who done it " and was very surprised. This was a great book and truly Nora at her best!

Summary: a standard novel, but with wonderful charcters
Comment: Have you ever read a novel about the intrigues behind the scenes of TV world? Well, the plot of Private Scandals follows the same cliches.
However, Ms. Roberts' way of handling characters make the reading of Private Scandals worth your while.
Angela Perkins is your standard "old star", she's beautiful (but aging), successful and hard as nails.
Deanna Reynolds is the proverbial rising star. She's fresh, caring, smart and pretty too boot. This is not the case of "Something about Eve", but the other way around.
Finn Riley is the very sexy journalist caught in the web (an echo of Murphy Brown's Peter).
The plots takes us trough the rivalry between those two strong women, with an extra twist of a crazed stalker obsessed with Deanna.
This novel is not quite up to Nora Roberts usual standards, but it makes for a few hours of great fun.

Summary: Pager turner for sure...
Comment: This book kept me fliping. The first page gets you hooked. The devlopment of the characters is not overly detailed but enough to get you tuned into who they are. The plot is not lacking and is an exciting read. I would recommend this to anyone.
