Comment: Messrs. Ryans, More, Barclay and Deutscher have delivered what will surely be very quickly seen as a classic in the field of technology marketing. The authors table a very comprehensive process for managing strategic planning in technology-intensive businesses. Great plans (and businesses) often come from great planning processes - these guys have delivered the absolute best! This is an important book. Please don't tell my competitors about it! Bravo!
