Summary: From a 13 year old fan
Comment: I may be thirteen, but that doesn't mean I can't enjoy books below my level. The only reason I rated this four stars was because I think the stories could have been longer. I have read the whole series and loved them. I hope a ninth book come out because there are so many things about Ari's parents we don't know about yet. I have read them many times and do so whenever I need to read a good book.

Comment: this book series is the best. I've read others before but this one really takes the cake! I got the first book about 5 years ago and never read it. when i did, i just HAD to get the rest. I hope Mary Stanton keeps those books coming cause you know i'll be reading them!

Comment: I am an adult and enjoyed this series a lot. The only thing I can complain about is that Mary Stanton used some characters and places from her book Piper at the Gate. It ruined the series for me a little. Unfortunately there will be no more books, Scholastic was no interested in continuing the series. If you want to read more about the author, visit her website...
