A teacher in any stage of his/her career can find exciting new ways of presenting ideas to kids here. althouhg it is aimed at elementary school, it is equally valuable for middle school teachers. If you have only one book in social studies methods, this is the one. If you have two books, choose Ways that Work, her new addition to the field of teaching social studies. As you read her voice, you hear the clear voice of a classroom teacher.
