Summary: The Purple Book!
Comment: This book made studying for the CHT exam a lot easier. It is easy to read and the authors are very responsive to people learning. They even answered questions I had before taking the exam. I am currently waiting on my test results but feel as if this book coupled with their CD-ROM "Basics and Beyond" that I was well prepared. Keeping my fingers crossed for my results soon!

Comment: This is a fantastic way to prepare for the CHT exam. Weiss and Falkenstein are superb instructors and teach effifiently and effectively. I have taken their courses as well as read this book many times!!!

Summary: A MUST-HAVE for the OT/PT/CHT treating the Upper Extremity
Comment: I am an OT/CHT who largely owes my success in passing the Hand Certification to the wisdom of these two brilliant authors. Using this book as a guide for studying, a quick reference for treating, and a way to test my skills and knowledge has been a phenomenal learning experience. I feel strongly that this is a necessary part of every therapist's library who treats the upper extremity. It "packs it all in" to a user friendly book with an appendix that doesn't quit. When ever these authors offer a book, a course, an online learning experience, I am first in line. This book will soon become your favorite...as I like to call it "the purple book"! You will not be disappointed!
