Comment: Reading critically is an essential skill to getting through college, and this book helped me improve that skill and thus improved my whole college experience. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a little extra help with all those very difficult college textbooks!

Comment: By the reviews in this site you will hate the book before opening it, but I would advise the reader to try it because once you go through it, it can be a pretty nice book.

Summary: abstract language makes it hard for intended readers
Comment: Abstract ideas and language in this work gave my friend a hard time understanding the content. They also make it difficult for those who do understand it to explain the text to their ESL friends. It could have been better, i suppose.
