Comment: Get ready for a few good tips!! I doubt readers will find every suggestion and claim to be worthwhile, but there are quite a lot of gems here. The book kind of reminds me of a pop psychology version of "How to Win Friends and Influence People." Worth a good look and has some research thrown in to boot. Other self-help books I liked include "Treat Your Own Knees" and "The Multifidus Back Pain Solution."

Summary: I felt like I was reading an outline
Comment: He never went into great detail on anything. The chapters were more like long paragraphs. It would have been a great and effective book if any of the ideas had been expanded upon.

Summary: How to nag until you get your way
Comment: A guide for the selfish baby that always wants their way. One of the sections was on how to get your friends to do what you want to do even if they are all against you. When I read through each of the chapters the phrase "always get your way when..." comes up too frequently.
