Summary: While this is a fairly good book on international relations
Comment: It suffers from being slightly out of date. Obviously with the end of the Cold War much of Bull's thoughts need to be revised. I would also suggest that there is a fairly strong conservative element that weakens some of the analysis. Bull makes to many assumptions about order that I am not sure can be as backed up as he does. However, overall the work is fairly decent. I would recommend looking for something more recent however.
