Comment: This is a very useful tool especially for prospective English teachers. It discusses various complex grammatical points and sheds light on syntax. A word of warning: this is not a traditional grammar book! However, if you intend to specialize in English grammar, this is the ultimate reference for you. Teachers should be able to incorporate certain aspects into their teaching! If you seek to master the English grammar, buy this book this instant. Nonetheless, if you need an introductory book to English grammar, do not buy this book.

Summary: This book is not so good
Comment: Look, if you have a Phd in English or Linguistics, then this book is the book for you. If,on the other hand,you want to learn a simple, slower-paced method to master English Syntax do not, I repeat, do not get this book. It often leaves the reader lost, and at times it is like trying to learn the rules of football by throwing a novice out in the middle of the field with no idea what to do next. Plus, the price is a little steep. There are many other options out there, so I urge you to at least search other grammar books. Good Luck
