Summary: Delightful
Comment: I have a two-and-a-half year old, and he enjoys this book immensely. The book follows an adorable little hippo as he prepares for his bath, washes and soaps himself, and then (most important!) cleans up afterward. The pictures are simple and colorful. Because the book is composed of short sentences that closely follow the pictures, and it uses the same words over and over again, it has helped my son to start to recognize words and pronounce them, even though he is well below the target age for this book.
