Summary: Well worth the weight
Comment: This book is well worth buying, sure it is heavy but the content is invaliuable, the diagrams are clear and easy to understand. The only problem with the book is the weight, the fifth edition has a hardback text book as well as a very usefull aplications manual that shows how symptoms can be looked at as well as giving working examples.

The book is a complete package incluiding a CD rom, and a related website as well as two books, and end of chapter summaries and questions help with revising. The only point worth mentioning for other British customers is that the book uses American spellings such as "Esophagus" rather than "Oesophagus" which is handy to keep in mind when looking through the index!
